Yes. We will always call you to schedule and confirm a specific date and time before we visit your home.
Can I schedule a same-day home visit?
Depending on our availability, we can schedule a same-day visit. Call us at 404-919-5708, and we will be happy to help you plan a visit for your loved one.
How often will you visit my/my loved one’s home for wound care treatments?
Depending on how severe your wound is or what urgent changes have occurred, we can arrange a treatment plan that suits you best – every week, every two weeks, or once a month. Our team is here to provide you with the support you need.
How many professionals will be involved in my or my loved one’s wound care?
Each patient will be assigned a dedicated support team comprised of their supervising physician, nurse practitionery, and patient care coordinator.

How do I refer a patient?

When should I refer a patient?
You should refer any patient with an acute wound, a non-healing wound > 30 days duration, a diabetic wound, a pressure wound, a traumatic wound, a surgical wound, those being treated with negative pressure wound therapy (i.e., VAC), or those being treated in an SNF with a stage 2 wound or greater.
